Family Court Circuits in West Virginia
House Bill No. 3106 effective June 7, 2007, realigned certain Family Court circuits and added ten judges to the state’s Family Court system. All forty-five Family Court judges will be chosen by the voters during the 2008 election cycle and terms will begin January 1, 2009.
